vipj Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms shall apply throughout these Terms and Conditions and all associated policies published by vipj:

By accessing vipj.one, creating an Account, or using any Service provided by vipj, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the following policies incorporated by reference:

• The vipj Privacy Policy
• The vipj Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any game-specific rules published within individual game interfaces
• Any promotional terms attached to specific bonus offers or campaigns

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use vipj's Services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and have attained the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction;
2. You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity;
3. You are accessing vipj from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by vipj, PAGCOR, or any affiliated gaming regulatory authority;
5. You are not a vipj employee, director, officer, or a close family member of any such individual;
6. All registration information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

vipj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the prescribed timeframe will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on vipj at any time. If vipj determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited pending a compliance review. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent abuse of promotional systems and to comply with AML obligations.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. vipj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to vipj support immediately.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Full account functionality — including withdrawals above minimum thresholds — requires completion of vipj's KYC process. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification, dated within 90 days);
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions as required under Philippine AML regulations;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account matching registered name).

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that your registered name exactly matches the name on your payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.). Discrepancies between your Account name and payment account name will delay or prevent withdrawal processing until resolved through KYC review.

vipj accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):

• GCash — minimum deposit as published in the cashier; instant credit.
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — minimum deposit as published; instant credit.
• BPI Online / Mobile Banking — bank transfer; credit within 15–30 minutes on banking days.
• BDO Online Banking — bank transfer; credit within 15–30 minutes on banking days.
• 7-Eleven (via Cliqq or OTC) — cash payment; credit within 1 hour of confirmation.
• Coins.ph — instant credit upon confirmed transaction.
• USDT (TRC-20 network) — converted to PHP equivalent at prevailing rate; credit within one network confirmation.

All deposited funds belong exclusively to the registered Account holder. vipj does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Balances — i.e., funds deposited by the Player or winnings derived from Real Money wagers. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.2 Verification Requirements

vipj reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests delayed or temporarily suspended. This requirement exists to protect account holders and to fulfill vipj's obligations under Philippine AML law.

6.3 Processing Times

vipj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfers: Within 15–60 minutes on banking days;
• USDT: Within one to three network confirmations after dispatch.

These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service level commitments. Processing may be delayed during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance checks are required.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

vipj may decline or reverse a withdrawal request if: (a) the Account has not completed KYC; (b) there is a pending investigation into Account activity; (c) the withdrawal conflicts with a self-exclusion or cooling-off period in effect; or (d) the transaction would violate applicable AML regulations.

vipj offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
2. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms;
3. Where a bonus involves free spins, any winnings derived from such free spins are credited as Bonus Funds subject to applicable wagering requirements;
4. vipj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to an Account will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting;
5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion between accounts to exploit promotions, or use of irregular wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on vipj are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. These systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. The certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game functionality, vipj reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts to the Players' Accounts. No winnings shall be payable in respect of wagers placed during a period of malfunction. vipj is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Game Results Finality

Game results are recorded and timestamped in vipj's game server logs. Where a dispute arises regarding a game outcome, the server log record shall be deemed the authoritative record and shall take precedence over information displayed on the Player's device or interface.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Each game on vipj is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as published within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, room, or promotional period and may be adjusted without prior notice.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on vipj and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using vipj's platform to launder money or otherwise facilitate financial crime in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing vipj using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human method of interaction;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the vipj platform or its game software, including collusion between multiple accounts;
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorized reversal of deposits;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation method to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or conduct that undermines the integrity of any game or the platform as a whole;
• Accessing the platform while registered on any PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion list.

vipj provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts when a defined session duration has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a self-defined period between 1 and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from accessing vipj Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and create a binding restriction on the Account.

Players who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to reach out to vipj's support team or contact the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines for professional assistance. vipj takes proactive measures to identify players exhibiting signs of problem gambling and may initiate responsible gaming interventions at its discretion.

11.1 Suspension by vipj

vipj may suspend or close an Account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) it has reason to believe the Account is being used in violation of these Terms; (b) a regulatory or law enforcement authority directs it to do so; (c) the Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents an AML, fraud, or responsible gaming risk.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting vipj's support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable pending withdrawals and after compliance review) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

11.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds

Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — all uncleared Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Real Money Balances are not subject to forfeiture except where the closure is a consequence of a verified breach of these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipj and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vipj platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the platform resulting from factors beyond vipj's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Any losses resulting from a Player's reliance on game outcome information displayed on their device rather than the authoritative server log.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vipj's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by vipj's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vipj; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on vipj.one — including but not limited to the vipj brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the property of vipj or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipj platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any vipj content without prior written authorization from vipj.

vipj processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that vipj will collect, store, and process your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming functions.

vipj does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: (a) payment processors necessary for transaction completion; (b) KYC/AML service providers; (c) game software providers for game delivery; and (d) PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by vipj, subject to vipj's legal retention obligations under Philippine law. Data access requests may be submitted to [email protected].

vipj reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on vipj.one.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date published unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the vipj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and vipj, you should first contact vipj's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. vipj is committed to addressing all Player complaints promptly and in good faith. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which serves as the supervisory and dispute resolution authority for all licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
